By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through the Lokum Boutique storefront, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable policies. Please review these provisions carefully before concluding any transaction. If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue using our website.

All Lokum confections, gourmet chocolates, and signature sweets are produced following traditional culinary heritage, using pure natural ingredients and artisanal handcraft in small batches.

• Due to natural ingredients and manual confection cutting, slight variations in color tone, nut density, and cube sizing may occur;
• Product images and descriptions aim to represent our luxury selections with the highest fidelity;
• All orders remain subject to boutique stock availability and ingredient seasons.

All prices listed on our boutique storefront are quoted in Azerbaijani Manat (AZN) and include all statutory taxes.

• Lokum Boutique reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice; however, confirmed and paid orders will always be honored at the checkout price;
• Accepted payment channels include major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery / Mobile POS upon courier arrival;
• All digital transactions are encrypted under secure 3D-Secure and PCI-DSS protocols.

Orders are dispatched across Baku and regions in temperature-conscious, shock-resistant presentation boxes:

• The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses and telephone numbers;
• If the recipient is absent or unreachable at the scheduled delivery window, orders may be returned to the boutique hub; subsequent attempts may incur additional dispatch fees;
• For international shipments, any import tariffs, customs duties, or local taxes levied at destination ports remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Because Lokum delights are freshly crafted perishable foodstuffs prepared without artificial chemical preservatives, food items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind under consumer food health regulations.

If a package arrives damaged during courier transit, claims accompanied by photographic verification must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for immediate replacement or full refund (please refer to our Refund Policy for details).

The Lokum Boutique brand name, logos, packaging design, photography, creative typography, and website interface are the exclusive intellectual property of Lokum Boutique. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial distribution, or copying without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising shall be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Baku, Azerbaijan.
